Valerie Persina

I have been working as a personal fitness trainer since 2010.
In 2011, after the birth of my son, I decided to pursue a competitive career in fitness. The category I have competed in was Bikini Fitness. In 2012, I became one of the first successful Czech competitors who has completed this competition in the Czech Republic. I have dedicated myself to this sport with great love for 7 long years and in 2018 I ended my racing career with the gold medal at international competition in Spain, at the Amateur Olympia, where I won the title of the IFBB professional league.
In the same year, my family and I moved to the exotic country - Oman, where I have now been working for the third year, mainly as an online trainer and nutritionist. I left my racing career behind and immersed myself full-time in working with women around the world on weight loss, exercise and guiding them down a path that can be truly enjoyable and meaningful.
The full plate was born as my author's project for those who has already tired constant calorie counting, weighting food and stress, all what do not "belong" to the reduction plan. At The Full Plate, I teach women how to fall in love with food and its preparation, how to make food tasty and healthy, and how to cook for the whole family. How not to spend hours cooking and at the same time cook favorite dishes, how to be able to include sweet pleasures and how to manage celebrations without stress, regrets and anxiety.
I fight against myths in fitness and nutrition areas, on social networks and in the media, where, based on science, I am showing how colorful and harmonious life can be thanks to an understanding of the concept of nutrition and recommendations, that will serve as a guide for the whole life not only for women, but also for their children.
